Responsibilities:
- To market a property in a creative manner with a view to minimising the days the property spends on the market.
- Conduct practical completion inspections, routine and final inspections.
- Process applications.
- Present applications to Residential Rental Provider
- Collect Month in advance and bond before lease commences
- Entry Condition Report
- Lease agreement and extra clauses
- Sign up and key handover
- Bond Lodgement and claims
- Routine Inspections
- Breach Notices
- Complaints
- Tenancy tribunals, applications and appearances
- Key Audits
- Handling maintenance issues
- Tenancy Agreement Renewals
- Tenancy Terminations
- Pre Vacating Inspections
- Exit Condition Report
- Bond Disbursement
- Renewing Tenancy Agreements
- Prepare and attending VCAT
- Help grow the rental roll
- Performing rental application reviews
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Communicate with Landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues
- Rent Reviews
- Management of good left behind
- Property Management Meeting
- Attended ongoing training
Requirements:
- Valued Agent’s Representative Certificate required
- At least 1 years experience as Property Manager
- Experience with PropertyMe & Inspections Express
- Residential management experience is preferred
- Victorian Driver’s License
- Strong organisation skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australia PR/Citizens
Salary: $75k-$85k plus super
