Head of Rental Department

Responsibilities:

• Managing approx.260 portfolios with 2 Property Manager
• Company provides of leasing and trust account support
• Saturday work may be required
• Communicate with Landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance issues
• Organising tenants’ renewal leases & rent reviews
• Processing potential tenant application forms and reference checks
• Performing rental application reviews

Requirements:

• Agent’s Representative Certificate required
• Strong customer service ability
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Great skill of using PropertyMe system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
