Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage 150- 180 portfolios with leasing and accounts support
• Daily property management tasks
• Communicate with Landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance issues
• Conduct practical completion inspections, routine and final inspections
• Bond lodgement and claims
• Prepare and attending VCAT
• Prepare and handling insurance claims & lodgement
• Saturdays off

Requirements:

• Immediate start
• Have Agent Representative Certificate
• Have 2-3 years of experience in property leasing & management
• Have a valid driver’s license and own vehicles
• Good at teamwork and communication
