Responsibilities:
- Manage a very small portfolio with leasing and accounts support
- Daily property management tasks
- Communicate with Landlords and tenants
- Handling maintenance issues
- Conduct practical completion inspections, routine and final inspections
- Bond lodgement and claims
- Prepare and attending VCAT
- Prepare and handling insurance claims & lodgement
- Saturdays off
Requirements:
- Immediate start
- Have Agent Representative Certificate
- Minimum 1 years experience in property leasing & management
- Have a valid driver’s license and own vehicles
- Good at teamwork and communication
Salary: Negotiable depends on experience
