Our client has over 30 years of experience in the manufacture of bathroom & kitchen products and has been selected for prominent global building projects around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of all the incoming and outgoing calls at the front desk
  • Managing and following up all the orders from the clients
  • Schedule the daily stock delivery
  • Assisting the stocktake and management
  • Responsible for the customs’ related documents
  • Manage the daily cash taking

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service & telephone manner (client focused setting)
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skill
  • Proficient in using MYOB and Microsoftware
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and hardworking
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Willingness to learn
  • PR / Citizen
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
