Our client is a financial service company that finds the right loan for the clients and make the whole process easier. They are now looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their production team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the needs for potential new and existing clients of the company
  • Identify new sales opportunities where possible within the business or externally
  • Conduct loan interviews and collate relevant information to ensure documentation can be accurately completed
  • Compile and collate loan applications
  • Ensure information is entered and into the database correctly and is updated regularly
  • Ensure loans are structure appropriately and submitted to lenders
  • Sign-ups and following up of loans through to settlement
  • Liaise with external referral partners including real-estate agents, solicitors, lenders etc to ensure information and process is followed through
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are consistently adhered to

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as a Mortgage Broker or an assistant role to a mortgage broker
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking qualifications would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Business development and networking skills
Salary: $65k - $85k plus super plus company leads
Location: Southeastern Suburb
