Property Manager

Our client is an independent property agency specialising in selling, investing & management of residential properties. They provide professional and quality property management services to clients. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join the team.

Day to day duties will include:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Managing 100-150 rental portfolios
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Property Manager
