Our client is a large hospitality group, they are seeking a creative and reliable Marketing Manager to join their head office.

Responsibility:

  • To promote the company’s brand and product in the market by using a systematical activity, including pricing, promotion, distribution, packaging, positioning, customer management, etc.
  • Generate brand communication to increase brand touch points to the end consumers.
  • Generate yearly strategic market plan, improve the brand’s awareness.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to meet target consumers’ need and maximise the business profit.
  • Manage and collaborate internal and external teams to implement market campaigns and day to day market activities.
  • Follow up with the assessment for each campaign and activity.
  • Provide insight for identifying and establishing the organisation’s culture and business value.
  • Conduct marketing research to understand marketing trends and set up marketing best practices.
  • Protect the brand’s current customers, expand the customers base.
  • Create, maintain, and make a good use of digital media platforms to conduct analytics reporting and extract key insights for campaign and future development.
  • Build great relationships with agents to conduct group buying.
  • Work with operations and other teams on customers’ education.
  • Deal with customers’ complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or higher.
  • Proven brand and marketing sense.
  • Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience.
  • Demonstrate professional experience on developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Salary: $60k - $75k Plus Super
