Responsibilities / Benefits
- Start with manage 40 portfolios with leasing support, admin and trust account
- Complete tenant entry/exit reports and condition reports
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Opportunity for internal promotion
- No work on Saturdays
Experience & Qualifications
- Certificate of Registration
- 2-3 years of property management experience
- Have exception presentation skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Experience in PropertyME software
- Full valid drive license
- PR/Citizens
Salary: $60k -$65k Plus Super Plus commission
