Responsibilities / Benefits

• Manage 160 portfolios with exclusive off-shore admin support, accounts and leasing support
• Tenants reference checking, reviewing rental applications
• Liaising with landlords and tenants

• 1 in 3 Saturdays including extra pay

Experience & Qualifications

• Agent representative certificate
• A minimum 2 years of property management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Have exception presentation skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in PropertyME software
• Full Victoria drive license
• PR/Citizens
