Our client is a real estate agency with a high reputation in Eastern Melbourne. They also place focus on people and provide regular training and development for team members. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join the team.
Day to day duties will include
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Managing 100-150 rental portfolios depending on capability and experience with admin, leasing and offshore supports
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Performing rental application reviews
To be considered, you will need:
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Victorian Driver’s License and working car
- Be willing to learn and have good attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised & strong attention to detail
- Have experience as Property Manager before
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
