Property Manager

Our client offers a vast range of services including residential sales, leasing & property management with a high reputation for providing first class service. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Arranging and conducting opening for inspection
• Arranging and conducting incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Managing 150-180 rental portfolios
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews
• Help grow the rental roll

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Have knowleage in Property Me
• Be able to work two Saturdays per month, a day-off in lieu will be provided
• Be willing to learn and have good attitude
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
• Highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience as Property Manager
