Day to day duties will include
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Managing 130 rental portfolios
- Marketing rental properties
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Performing rental application reviews
- Help grow the rental roll
- Work Monday to Friday
To be considered, you will need:
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Victorian Driver’s License and working car
- Have knowleage in Property Tree and Inspection Express
- Be willing to learn and have good attitude
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as Property Manager
Salary: $60k-$80k plus super
