Property Manager

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Handle repairs and maintenance issues
• Managing 140 rental portfolios with supports of leasing and trust account
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Lease renewals and rent reviews

To be considered, you will need: 

• Agent’s Representative Certificate
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar roles
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of Property Me is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
