Channel Manager

About Client:

A fast growing Real Estate / Development corporation is seeking for a Channel Manager to assist with the Projects & Residential transactions.

Duties:

• Listing presentation including presenting comparable projects, pricing project and signing authority of the new listing. 

• Contact developers on a regular basis to provide update of the market response to the project so the developers can adjust expectations accordingly

• Assist developers with the project marketing materials, eg get involved with our marketing team to prepare 3D drawings 

• Maintain sound relationship with channel agents 

• Briefing channel agents of the new listings and provide all information needed

• You are expected and encouraged to expand the connections of both channel partners and developers 

• Vendor reporting 

• Negotiate deals with both channel agents and the developers and make sure both parties are satisfied with the whole process and close the deals 

• Follow the process of Contract exchange 

• Update developers with the sold however unsettled projects and ensure agents are aware of the status of the projects  

• Promote Asialand APP to channel agents so it is more efficient for agents to obtain projects information 

• Conduct site inspection of close to finished projects and place key safe if necessary 

• Necessary administrative tasks
