Our client is an ASIC regulated company that operates in the field of forex and financial derivative products. They’re looking for an experienced and responsible marketing manager to join the team.
Objectives of this Role
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven working experience and marketing sense in both Australian and Chinese market
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- 3-5 years experience in similar to the financial industry
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
- Australian Citizen/PR
