Senior Property Manager

Our client is Australasia’s leading real estate brand. They are outstanding with excellent customer services and positioned themselves as one of the most progressive real estate agents in operation. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Handle repairs and maintenance issues
• Managing rental portfolios with supports of leasing, field services and administration
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Lease renewals and rent reviews

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum 2 years experience as Property Manager
• Knowledge of Property Me, Inspection Express, Stafflink (prefer but not required)
