Job Duties:
-Complete financial modeling and analysis for Property Development and Investment transactions ranging from $10 mil to $100 mil.
-Prepare credit submissions for new facilities and coordinate deal execution through documentation and funding.
-Complete covenant monitoring analysis, facility term extensions and annual reviews for existing clients
Requirements:
-Previous experience in credit transactions analysis, as well as completing annual reviews and reporting, preferred experiences in commercial and/or corporate banking or experience at a legal firm or accounting practice
-Property, Corporate, Commercial or Business Banking customer service experience prefers
-Highly developed financial analysis and modeling skills
-The ability to quickly grasp complex transactions credit risk experience
-Tertiary related qualifications in Business, or related discipline
-Australia PR or Citizen
