Experienced Property Manager

About the company

Our client is a leading Real Estate Agency in the Westside of Melbourne. The company allows a collaborative and comprehensive solution to give all their clients. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Managing 150 rental portfolios in westside of Melbourne
• The company provides Admin, and Trust Account support will hire a Leasing Agent to support the team 
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews
• Help grow the rental roll
• Work Monday to Friday may need to work on Saturday to assist the team

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Property Manager
