Commercial Sales Executive

Our client is one of the TOP tier global commercial firms. They offer a wide range of property services from investment sales and leasing strategy to valuation, project management, occupier services and asset management across Australia. They are now looking for a Commercial Sales Associate to join the team.

DUTIES:

• Use personal initiative to source, build and maintain relationships with prospective sellers or buyers of property
• Maintain client relationship and complete buyers follow up
• Preparation of submissions
• File preparation for new properties listed
• Conduct external meetings, inspections and support auction activities
• Perform market appraisals, conduct market research and provide advice
• Arrange advertising, liaise with stakeholders and assist with negotiations with selling a property
• Support other administrative duties

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have the Agent Representative Certificate
• 3-5 years of experience in the property industry is preferred
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Quick learner with a good working attitude
• Approachable and have a good work ethic
