Our client is an independent property advisory organization specializing in selling, investment & management of residential, commercial and business properties. They are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team. This role will work with and be trained by the director.

DUTIES:

  • Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Preparation for Appraisals including:
    • Preparation of pre-listing kits
    • Organizing of sales data
    • Delivery of any information to clients
  • Attend appraisals with consultants when required
  • Preparation of submissions
  • File preparation for new properties listed
  • Maintain client relationship and complete buyers follow up
  • Assist with sign up offers (contracts) in assistance with consultants
  • Conducting open for inspections
  • Attend the following meetings:
    • Team meetings
    • General sales meetings
    • Training sessions

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Have Agent Representative Certificate
  • Be able to work on Saturdays

Salary: $50k - $60k includes super plus commission
