Our client is an independent property advisory organization specializing in selling, investment & management of residential, commercial and business properties. They are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team. This role will work with and be trained by the director.
DUTIES:
- Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments
- Preparation for Appraisals including:
- Preparation of pre-listing kits
- Organizing of sales data
- Delivery of any information to clients
- Attend appraisals with consultants when required
- Preparation of submissions
- File preparation for new properties listed
- Maintain client relationship and complete buyers follow up
- Assist with sign up offers (contracts) in assistance with consultants
- Conducting open for inspections
- Attend the following meetings:
- Team meetings
- General sales meetings
- Training sessions
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have Agent Representative Certificate
- Be able to work on Saturdays

Salary: $50k - $60k includes super plus commission
