Our client is a professional real estate agency that offers a vast range of services, including residential sales, leasing & property management. They have an experienced team of professionals combined with local and global networks. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.

This key leadership role will be responsible for driving a team of motivated, high performing Sales Consultants with sales activity to meet company targets.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Analysing the market and identify potential customers. Examine the needs, wants, and purchasing patterns of the target audience.
  • Provide training sessions for sales team members
  • Mentoring the sales team and offer assistance and supervision during the sales process
  • Develop and implement business development opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and team member performance reports
  • Achieve KPI targets along with the sales team

What We Are Expecting From You:

  • Proven Top Sales achievement in the past three years
  • Current Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin 
  • Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Salary: $80k - $120k plus super plus commission
