The successful candidate will possess:
- Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Real Estate/Sales experience of 6 – 12 months would be preferred
- The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure
- Attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
- Excellent time management, prioritisation & communication skills
- high degree of computer literacy (ie: Microsoft, Outlook etc
- Positive and resilient nature
- Tenacious, team player, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Pride in their presentation
- Current driver’s license & a reliable vehicle
What are your responsibilities?
- Assisting a dominant inner-city agent
- Assist with buyer management
- Completing Open and Private inspections
- Compilation of accurate market analysis’
- Assist in arranging marketing campaigns
- Liaising with clients to generate new businesses
- Championing the current database and building your own network of clientele
- Liaising with clients to generate new business

Salary: $55k -$60k includes super plus commission
