The successful candidate will possess: 

  • Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Real Estate/Sales experience of 6 – 12 months would be preferred
  • The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure 
  • Attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation & communication skills
  • high degree of computer literacy (ie: Microsoft, Outlook etc
  • Positive and resilient nature 
  • Tenacious, team player, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Pride in their presentation
  • Current driver’s license & a reliable vehicle

What are your responsibilities?

  • Assisting a dominant inner-city agent
  • Assist with buyer management
  • Completing Open and Private inspections
  • Compilation of accurate market analysis’
  • Assist in arranging marketing campaigns
  • Liaising with clients to generate new businesses
  • Championing the current database and building your own network of clientele
  • Liaising with clients to generate new business
