Property Manager

Our client is a boutique real estate agency under a well-known group. They offer a high level of service to landlords and tenants and pride themselves on building strong relationships with all stakeholders. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their Sydney team.

About the role

This role will be working alongside our team and manage the full rental life-cycle including, but not limited to, arranging open homes, reviewing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, conducting inspections, handling repairs and maintenance of properties and liaising with landlords and tenants. End to end Property Management with no trust accounting.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Agents Representative Certification or Certificate IV in Property Services
• Able to manage a portfolio of circa 170
• Has experience in trust acctount
• Be able to work in the CBD and surrounding suburbs
• Ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Chinese/English speaking highly regarded but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills
• High level of proficiency in computer programs, including MS Office Suite & Property Tree
• Have exceptional presentation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail
• VCAT experience
• Drivers licence and car
