Our client is one of the world’s leading property agencies. They offer a wide range of property services from investment sales and leasing strategy to valuation, project management, occupier services and asset management across Australia.

Duties include:

  • As a key support to the team, you will coordinate the preparation, updating and processing of specific files, ensuring our high standards of accuracy, completeness and timeline targets are met
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements 
  • Administration and maintenance of records as requested
  • Collate information for reports and other correspondence such as invoices, memos, letters, and  financial statements
  • Entering payments and billings in system in a timely manner
  • Coordinate, prepare, and follow-up responses concerning inward correspondence including email and phone messages
  • Other administrative and secretarial duties as require

Ideal applicants will have:

  • High level of computer literacy 
  • A high level of enthusiasm and energy is a must for this role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative
  • Work both autonomously and within a team to ensure deadlines are met
Salary: $65k inclusive of super
