Property Manager

A highly reputable Real Estate company is looking for a property manager to join the team. The company offers clients highly personalised services from sales to property management.

Day to day duties will include

• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Performing rental application reviews
• Managing repairs and maintenance of 140 rental portfolios
• Help grow the rental roll
• Sourcing new business opportunities through your own prospecting

To be considered, you will need: 

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Victorian Driver’s License and working car
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Property Manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
