Our client is one of Melbourne’s most respected property developers in the eastern corridor, with over 10 years’ experience and over 20 completed luxury developments across Melbourne. They are looking for a Sales Manager / Channel Sales professional to join the team and grow sales across Melbourne.
About the Role:
We immediately require a full-time candidate to join our Project Sales team. This is great opportunity to work within a uniquely integrated business environment.
Your role will have key areas of responsibility including:
- Project research and establishing pricing.
- Research and list new Channel Agents
- Management of Channel Agents
- Direct Sales where leads are available
- Maintaining and updating sales schedules for all projects
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to finalise the transaction
- Reviewing sale contracts to ensure they are executed correctly
- The position will primarily involve working weekdays while requiring some flexibility to work Saturdays when/if required.
- Able to be flexible on work hours where there is an event or project launch
Skills and Experience:
They are looking for a vibrant and motivated individual with prior channel residential sales experience.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- 4+ Years of experience working in a similar role
- Have a depth understating of the process involved in OTP sales, nomination sales and channels sales.
- This is a strong strategic role, requiring someone who will be hands-on, leading by example and directly selling to the potential purchasers.
- Proven ability to develop and list new network/channel relationships (local and international)
- Real Estate experience in off-the-plan apartment sales
- The existing network can be leveraged immediately.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets via networks/channels
- Ability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships
Salary: $60k - $75k Plus Super
