Our client is a professional real estate agency that offers a vast range of services including residential sales, leasing & property management. They have an experienced team of professionals combined with our local and global networks. They are now looking for a first-class BDM to join their team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting, networking and developing relationships with synergistic businesses
  • Developing client relationships
  • Following up and converting new business leads
  • Liaising with property managers and sales staff regarding new business
  • Meet with landlords and secure their business
  • Arrange and conduct rental appraisals
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent presentation, people and communication skills
  • Have a proven track record in managing and developing a sales pipeline
  • Proven ability to close and negotiate effectively
  • Previous working experience in a similar role is highly recommended
Salary: $65k - $80k plus super plus commission
