General Duties
- To do all opens (midweek and Saturdays)
- Application processing
- Send approval emails for approved applicants and organise move-in dates
- Organise key collections
- Condition Reports and some final inspections
- Fortnightly catch up with the manager and monthly review with manager and director
- Attend weekly department meeting
- Report absence or late arrival to Manager
- Liaise with tenants and landlords as appropriate or as requested by Management/Director
- Solve problems and /or complaints – Address and issues unable to be resolved by Reception (is a back up to reception when reception is on lunch)
- Address other projects/tasks as directed by the Manager (eg. Attend rental photography)
- Meet KPI’s and report to Management
- Help the PM’s with routine inspections if necessary and required

Salary: $45K - $55K plus super plus commission
