Finance Manager

The Role

Manage the finance department’s strategy and goals and find efficient ways of working and driving process improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company;
• In charge of financial statements and consolidated management reports;
• Budgeting and cash flow management;
• Tax returns and tax compliance reports including BAS for a variety of entity types;
• Liaison and management of external accounting services provided by the external accounting and taxation consultants;
• Enhance and improve financial process and procedures;
• Lead and mentor the in-house accounting team including offshore teams
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
• CPA qualified
• 10 years of demonstrated experience in the Accounting/ Finance sector and 3 to 5 years experience in a managing role
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience
• Leadership qualities and prior experience in managing a team
• Highly motivated and have the desire to achieve more
• Full working right in Australia
