Our client is a boutique investment firm having over 10 years of experience in investment management, private equity, corporate advisory, and real estate development. With a focus on Australia, they deliver superior and safe investment opportunities with customised solutions to clients. Now they are offering a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated person/s to join their sales team. The successful applicant to this position will be responsible for identifying and building high-quality relationships with clients, developing applicable marketing promotion activities plans, and achieving sales targets.

Key Accountabilities

As a Marketing & Sales, key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing, developing and promoting offers, ensuring that growth, profitability, customer service targets, and sales objectives are met within required standards.
  • Recognizing opportunities for services, and campaigns that will result in sales.
  • Building and retaining trust and long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to prospective and existing clients.
  • Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with colleagues, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
  • Ensure a high standard of compliance and control is maintained
  • Fundraising for the current fund

Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • A minimum of one year of experience in fund sales or real estate sales.
  • Bilingual Preferred (Mandarin and High-level English)
  • Successful sales record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Be dynamic, self-motivated, go-getter, ambitious and performance-driven
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements of all products
  • Knowledgeable about the property market or finance market.
  • Possess knowledge of the high-net-worth marketplace, experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth clients is highly preferred
  • The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers

Salary: $45K -$55K plus super plus commission for Junior Level $80k - $110k plus super plus commission negotiable for experienced talents
