Internship Overview:
We are seeking a talented Office Administration Intern (student/graduate) for a 12-week industry placement to support our recruitment and marketing team. You will work closely with the Director, Team Manager and other qualified executives to deliver high quality of the work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks as instruction, including recruitment, marketing and general office admin
- Being responsible for talent searching and following up recruitment process
- In charge of marketing material maintance
- Communicate with various departments to ensure that a high level of service and record accuracy is maintained
- Ensure all candidate details and recruitment process are updated when necessary
- Candidate Data entry
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English & Chinese
- Being willing to learn and work hard
- University degree/ Diploma in HR, Commerce, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction other related majors
- An ability to prioritise work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team
