Here is an exciting job opportunity offered by a well-known finance group. You will work closely with the Director to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. You will play a pivotal role in helping the Director make the best use of their time with administrative and secretarial tasks.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and conferences
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments as well as control access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organising events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the director’s requirements
  • Organising the director’s personal commitments
  • Additional administrative tasks as required

The Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Finance or Education industry
  • Self-motivated
  • Results orientated
  • Speak excellent English and Mandarin
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ethical, courageous & passionate
  • Punctual, reliable and well presented
  • Community-minded with a strong social conscience
  • Full Driver’s license
  • Australia PR / Citizen

Salary: $65K - $80K plus super
