Our client is a Health Product Manufacturer company which base on Southeastern Suburb. They are now looking for an Assistant to support and report to General Manager directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the drafting of internal and external letters, applications, notices and other documents in the office
  • Be responsible for office operation and administration, including conference affairs, reception, office supplies, etc., and provide supports for various departments.
  • Arrange the general manager’s itinerary to ensure the smooth progress of the work schedule and make sure all the arrangement have the right business priorities.
  • Assist and establish the company’s contract management 
  • Control the budget and expense of office administration 
  • Cooperate with the company in recruiting and go through the entry procedures for new employees.
  • Assist general managers’ daily work, which includes translation and provide constructive opinions to the company.
  • Supervise the relevant departments to complete work on time and provide feedback timely to the general manager.
  • Be responsible for the company’s external contacts and publicity work.
  • Complete temporary administrative duties as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Work meticulously and pay attention to details
  • Good working attitude, steadfast and hardworking
  • Hold a valid Victorian driver’s license
  • PR/Citizen

Salary: $50 - $55k plus super
