Property Manager

Our client is a CBD-based Property Management company that allows customers to enjoy a smooth-running, stress-free property investment. They are now hiring a Property Manager to join their lovely team.

Job description：

• Manage 60+ properties portfolio
• Communication with both landlords and tenants accordingly
• Updating properties’ conditions and situations with the landlords.
• Signing up lease agreements and handing over keys to the tenants.
• Chasing rent arrears and tenancy renewal
• Managing the maintenance reported by the tenants, distinguishing whose responsibility to the maintenance. Then sending and following work orders.
• Vacating handover

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Familiar with PM systems, such as Rest, Property Tree or Property Me
• Around the 1-year experience in the same role
• Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Speak fluent English and Mandarin
• Australian citizen or PR
