Property Manager

Our client is a CBD-based Property Management company that allows customers to enjoy a smooth-running, stress-free property investment. They are now hiring an experienced Property Manager to join their lovely team.

The Position

Your responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include:

• Mainly communicate with the landlords and tenants,
• Check and arrange maintenance, looking after any lease transferring or vacating
  • (no condition, routine & final reports are required since we have one team member who takes care of them all)
• 120-150 portfolio
• Rarely requires to take care of leasing and reports if your colleagues are all absent or overloaded.

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:

• Familiar with PM systems, such as Rest, Property Tree or Property Me
• At least 2 years experience of managing over 100 properties
• Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Speak fluent English and Mandarin
• Australian citizen or PR

Others:

• 6 month’s probation
• KPI review every 3 months
• Payrise review every 1-2 years depends on the performance
• Allowance: Paystay fee covered if attending an appointment, office phone covered
