Project Coordinator

A boutique property developer is looking for a motivated, experienced PROJECT COORDINATOR to join their team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development team in all aspects of the property development life cycle. The position will have a degree of autonomy, so experience in property development and self-drive will be looked upon favourably.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support project team in monitoring project status and providing regular updates to clients.
• Assisting in the delivery of the projects from inception to settlement.;
• Assisting in researching, producing financial feasibility, budgets and forecasts
• Coordinating marketing collateral for property sales campaigns
• Assisting in managing and reviewing tender for consultant and builders, and responding to any concerns or queries about the project.
• Provide advice and support to clients on projects, facilitate and develop a working relationship with stakeholders to deliver the project. 
• Responsible for record keeping including project documentation, meetings, invoices and internal documents;
• Establish partnering relationships with relevant external contractors and consultants.
• Preparing documentation and maintaining progress reports
• Assist the directors and office admin when required.
• Preparing quotations and upgrading current templates

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1 to 2 years’ prior experience in a similar role within property development space.
• Strong admin capabilities
• Switched on fast learner and can work under pressure.  
• Design background will be looked favourably upon. 
• Bilingual – English and Mandarin
• Basic understanding of the full property development life cycle.
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Project Management skills.
• Relationship building skills with ability to form relationships with all stakeholders.
• High degree of motivation and self-drive.
• Accuracy with strong attention to detail.
