Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support on all day to day operations across the business
- Act as the point of contact between the directors and all stakeholders
- Handle relevant correspondence
- Organise calendars to ensure smooth schedules focused on business priorities
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations (including proofing and editing)
- Assist and maintain all administration for contract administration
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Meet with clients, and other shareholders on behalf of Director as required
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
Skills required:
- Ability to organise appropriate information for meetings, prepare agendas, follow-up on outstanding items and take minutes as required
- Ability to exercise business judgement to coordinate appropriate action and deal matters not requiring the attention of the Director
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to multitask, operate efficiently, learn and adapt to change quickly
- Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Accounting or relevant background is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Australian driver’s license
- Australian Citizen/PR is preferred
Salary: $50 - $55k plus super
