The Position
Your responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include:
- Manage a portfolio of 100-150 properties
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management, lease renewals and increases
- Prepare for and attend appraisals to bring in new business
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experiences of Property Management
- Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a desire to build a long-term career
- Experience of VCAT is preferred but not necessary
- Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable car
- Speak fluent English and Mandarin
- Australian citizen or PR
Salary: $55k -$75k plus super
