Responsibility:
Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement
- Achieve sales results, monitor KPI’s, and maximize profits
- Propose, define, monitor, and guarantee the implementation of dynamic action plans to achieve sales targets
- Having a deep understanding of the brand value and corporate culture
Customer Service / Customer Relation Management
- Maintain consistent, uncompromising high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service
- Resolve customer and after-sale issues, requests in an efficient and professional manner
- Leads the implementation and monitoring team members service quality
Marketing, visual merchandising and PR Events
- To initiate and participate in regular marketing and events to promote and enhance boutique presence with existing and new clientele
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities.
- Responsible for implementation of visual merchandising guidelines: displaying each product correctly while maximizing exposure to generate sales.
- Participate and support in all marketing initiatives to maximise the opportunity to introduce new products to the clients
Team Management & People Development
- Manage staff scheduling
- Coach, train, motivate and lead by example with a high degree of professionalism
- Drives performance and compensation management ensures people development
- Consistently develops strategies to improve individual and team performance
- Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivational activities
Budgeting/ Controlling
- Control all boutique expenses within budget guidelines
Inventory Management
- Prepare, coordinate and ensure a complete and accurate inventory
- Conduct Qualitative security measures
- Reporting all stock control documentation accurately and timely
- Control the quality of stock and ensure all pieces are handled with extra care and in perfect selling condition
Requirements:
- Solid experience in retail or service in a similar position
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to see the bigger picture and think outside the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Australian Citizen/PR
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
