Project Manager

Our customer is one of Australia’s premier façade specialist companies. They provide the premier façade contractor in Australia, including Design, Engineering, Fabrication, and Assembly services for custom building Skins.

Job Description:

• Management multi-million project, from bidding to completion.
• Assist the business owner to make a strategic decision
• Coordination of other subcontractors on site
• Stakeholder management
• Strong time management, ensuring delivery of projects is to schedule
• Take responsibility in quality and budget control
• Work with the consulting team to provide value-added service for the project
• Work with the supporting team to manage the overseas supply chain

Requirements

• Strong background working as a project manager in the façade industry
• Be able to demonstrate solid experience managing façade project with a minimum $2M of the project contract value
• Knowledge of aluminium system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Engineer background preferred
• The experience worked with tier 1 builder preferred
• Be computer literate
• Strong leadership
• Ability to take the challenge and work under pressure
• Mandarin language skills preferred
