A highly reputable Real Estate company is looking for a property manager that can take a bit of a hybrid role of PM and BD. The company offers clients a boutique, highly personalised services from sales through to Property Management.

Day to day duties will include

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
  • Marketing rental properties
  • Overseeing rental arrears control
  • Performing rental application reviews
  • Managing repairs and maintenance of 60 rental portfolios end-to-end
  • Preparing lease agreements
  • Conducting general administrative duties
  • Help grow the rental roll
  • Sourcing new business opportunities through your own prospecting

To be considered, you will need: 

  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Victorian Driver’s License and working car
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
  • Have a minimum of half year experience as Property Manager of Managing a portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
  • Be a motivated self-starter
Salary: $50k-$60k include super plus commission
