A highly reputable Real Estate company is looking for a property manager that can take a bit of a hybrid role of PM and BD. The company offers clients a boutique, highly personalised services from sales through to Property Management.
Day to day duties will include
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Marketing rental properties
- Overseeing rental arrears control
- Performing rental application reviews
- Managing repairs and maintenance of 60 rental portfolios end-to-end
- Preparing lease agreements
- Conducting general administrative duties
- Help grow the rental roll
- Sourcing new business opportunities through your own prospecting
To be considered, you will need:
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Victorian Driver’s License and working car
- Excellent communication skills, highly organised & strong attention to detail
- Have a minimum of half year experience as Property Manager of Managing a portfolio
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
- Be a motivated self-starter
Salary: $50k-$60k include super plus commission
