Our client is an industry-leading financial services provider giving investors access to global forex (FX), indices, share CFDs, commodities, and more. They are now looking for experienced CFD sales to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position. You will be trained by the most experienced mentor in the industry.
The key responsibility of the role:
- Follow up leads via telephone and face to face engaging prospective clients to drive FX and CFD Sales
- Work with the teams to prepare weekly/monthly education programs/Webinars for clients
- Assist with marketing strategy making and preparing daily/weekly markets analysis reports
- Support clients enquiries
- Build a long-lasting relationship with clients including all aspects of the customer experience
- Adhere to a strict compliance culture
- Participate in ongoing training programs
The Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months in Sales and Client relationship management experience is essential (Preferably in FX/CFD industry/Equity)
- Basic trading knowledge and MT4 platform using experience
- Strong Communication Skill
- Good phone etiquette
- Disciplined and reliable
- Take leadership and ownership
- Preferably RG146 qualified
Salary: Negotiable depends on experience
