Experienced Property Manager

A large Real Estate & Development corporation in Melbourne is looking for an experienced Property Manager to be part of the CBD rental department team.

The role:

• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Deal with maintenance/repairs queries
• General leasing administration duties
• Routine inspections
• Provide quality, professional service at all times
• Attending to VCAT
• Manage 140 properties

Skills and experience:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Minimum 2 years experiences of Property Management
• Must have a strong & passionate desire for Property Management
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic with a desire to build a long-term career with us
• Hold a driver’s licence and have a reliable car
• Native Mandarin speaker is preferred
• Australian citizen or PR
