Our client is a well known Real Estate company which specialised in Project Sales, Construction and Property Management.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for house renovations, including floorplans, renderings and interior design etc
- Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients
- Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained
- Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up to date with the latest design trends
To be successful you will have:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Only
- Excellent in drawings software (Revit\Lumion…)
- Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word\PPT\Excel…)
- Excellent in graphic design software (Photoshop\AI\ID…)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin)
- Highly organized, planner and problem solver
- Ability to produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
- 1-2 years previous experience in interior design is preferential
Salary: $50k-$80k Plus Super
