Responsibilities
- Service customers at trade desk – cash and account customers
- First contact point for all customer enquiries
- Upsell and cross-sell where possible
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure customer loyalty
- Coordinate deliveries with Site Ops Manager and customers
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with loading customer vehicles as required
- Work as a strong part of our team
- Lock up store in the afternoon
Requirements:
- Experience of customer services
- Paying attention to details
- Having the ability to assist with the loading of customer deliveries
- Playing as a strong part of the team with a Can-do attitude
- Mandarin-speaking with a professional level of English
- Australian citizen or PR
Working Hour:
- Either work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 8:00 am till 4:30 pm
- Work Saturdays on a rostered basis
Salary: $55K-$65K plus super
