Senior Property Manager

About the role

Our client is a real estate agency branched under one of Australia’s large development company and can offer the most extensive support in achieving results.

The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:

• Landlord and tenant liaison
• Manage property inspections
• Leasing of properties
• Working with landlords to understand their expectations
• Handling maintenance and repair queries
• Attending to VCAT
• Set up a new portfolio within the area
• Saturday work required for OFIs
• Ability to manage 180 portfolios
