An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven Sales Professional to join a leading Real Estate Agency located in Southeast Suburb of Melbourne. This organisation has been a leader in the market for a number of decades, with a strong emphasis on training and development. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow or even start your career within Real Estate. This role is fast-paced and involves prospecting to bring in new business, as well as building your allocated territory and run your day to day portfolio.
As a Sales Agent your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling property appraisals
- Updating the client database and client information
- Monitoring and responding to email enquiries
- Building strong working relationships with vendors and buyers
- Social media management for current listings
- Maintaining the website and booking, preparing and proofreading advertising
- Liaising with legal advocates for contracts of sale
- Attending and assisting with open homes
- Prospecting, cold calling & door knocking
- Exchange of Contracts for Sale
- Working towards KPIs and targets
- Ad hoc administration duties
To be successful in this role you must have
-Completed your Agent’s Representative course
-A current Driver’s License, as well as access to a reliable vehicle.
-You will be immaculately presented with the hunger and drive for sales.
-Excellent communication skills are a must and having the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

-Able to work on Saturdays
