The role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Manage property inspections
- Leasing of properties
- Working with landlords to understand their expectations
- Handling maintenance and repair queries
- Attending to VCAT
- Set up a new portfolio within the area
- Bring in new leads to the rental department
- Negotiating with landlords & tenants
- Saturday work required for OFIs

Other requirements:
- Current drivers license
- Current agents representative certificate
- Current police check
- Competent computer skills
- Min. 2+ years experience
