About the role

Our Client is currently seeking a committed, motivated & experienced Property Manager to join our team.

The successful applicant must have: 

  • NSW Real Estate Certificate 
  • Previous Property Management experience (1-2 years)
  • Up to date legislative knowledge
  • Good working knowledge PM Software packages 
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills & Time Management skills 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese speaking) 
  • Be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
  • Ability to adapt current skills to company policy & procedures
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training

The Role: 

  • Managing current portfolio 
  • Liaising with owners and tenants
  • Managing inspections including Routine, Entry and Exit inspections
  • Organising maintenance and supervising to completion 
  • Negotiating Lease renewals and rent increases 
  • Arrears Management, including NCAT applications and attendance

Salary: $60k-$70k plus super plus bonus
